Memorandum Declaring the results of statewide PA electoral contests for 2020 "in dispute"

https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/Legis/CSM/showMemoPublic.cfm?chamber=H&SPick=20190&cosponId=32628

I'm not so familiar with PA's website, but from what I gather, this was not "passed," has no weight, and is just for show.

Am I understanding this nonsense correctly?

The Flu does NOT kill 36,000-80,000 Americans a Year -- The CDC's Own Data Shows This

https://op-edaily.medium.com/the-flu-does-not-kill-36-000-80-000-americans-a-year-no-1e363f4f07da

Of the 55,672 alleged Influenza & Pneumonia deaths reported, only 6,515 of them were from the flu.

CDC does not know the exact number of people who have been sick and affected by influenza because influenza is not a reportable disease in most areas of the United States.

I would like to point out that I wrote this article because of the "COVID is just a flu" crowd. I got tired of explaining this to everyone each time it came up, so I wrote an article so that I could just link to it. lol (pure laziness)

Also, COVID is reported as actual numbers, both deaths and hospitalizations, but the flu is not and the CDC uses an algorithm to come up with their numbers.

COVID-19 ICU Patients Double rates of Normal ICU Delirium, Long-term Problems, Cognitive Issues

https://fox59.com/news/coronavirus/indiana-researchers-warn-of-long-term-symptoms-of-covid-19/?fbclid=IwAR308GUpXK-CjlRX-phGAd0ZF_coKx1UQPw5MieU-x7L9xoOWKrK2ksZDZ4

The rates of delirium among patients admitted to the ICU are up to 80% in the ICU,” he said. “The historical rates were 40% in the intensive care unit, so COVID-19 patients have doubled the rate of delirium compared to historical controls.

“Once you see the data, there is no turning back from being concerned,” said Dr. Natalie Lambert, associate research professor at the IU School of Medicine.

52% of respondents said they had difficulty concentrating or focusing. 38% had memory problems. Participants reported more than 100 symptoms.

Hello, all!

I just hit my 10 post mark (without spamming unnecessarily) and wanted to say hello to everyone.

I'm 38, followed politics all my life, and surprised I hadn't come across DU sooner. And when I say followed politics all my life, I mean I was watching C-Span with my Mom when I was 10 and have maintained that level of awareness pretty much ever since (minus a few years of ... well ... 'youthful curiosities', I'll just say).

I won't go on and on about myself but wanted to say hey to everyone and show appreciation to the group!

Have a great day, y'all.

About Op-ed Daily

I'm a father of two and a husband of 21 years (going on 22). I do not believe in God but understand why others do and have nothing against any religion for any reason whatsoever. I am long-winded, opinionated, sometimes abrasive, but ultimately I give a damn about everyone I come across, whether I agree with them or not. I do not believe in censorship anywhere and don't like tightly micromanaged communities. It's one thing to remove racist, hateful comments but another to remove something that doesn't jive with a person's own belief system. We each have that right and must respect this or we may lose our own right.
